
If players are targeting 60 FPS, then cap Total War Rome Remastered to 30 FPS. If you are playing the game at an unlocked FPS, then cap the game at 60 FPS. In case the error persists, then players can either use MSI Afterburner and reduce the GPU clock by 100 Mhz or players can cap the game’s max FPS. In either case, do a clean installation and the D3D11 Error or DXGI ERROR DEVICE HUNG error will be fixed. Update your GPU driver or reinstall it if the driver is already up-to-date. One reason for this error to pop up is the GPU driver.
